For the five houses shown, the choice of plot was made assuring both a sunny exposure and a residential location. 

 

 

Our architect, Mr. Ahmet Kizen and our Engineer, Mr. Mustafa Karaça are both reputed professionals and we wish to acknowledge them with our sincere gratitude for their supervision and regular presence during each stage of the construction.

Stone - the choice of stone was made due to the three colours contained within the stone.  The stone comes from Göcek and is renowned for its quality. 

 

Concrete - was supplied by The Muslular Company (probably the best quality concrete sold in this region).  Their highest quality concrete, C25 was used for the house and C35 was used for the swimming pool.  Invoices are available upon request.

 

Bricks - were supplied by Dost block of Turgutlu.  TIP 11  TS4377MO6 is their reference.

 

Roof tiles - were supplied by Kilicoglu of Eskisehir.  Model "Big Alaturka".

 

 

The kitchen will be fully equipped with fittings imported from Italy.  A dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven and sink will be installed.  The choice of colour of the wood will be made by the purchaser. 

 

 

A built-in fire (from Belgium) will be installed in the fireplace, offering excellent heat distribution by forced ventilation for the winter months.

 

 

The purchaser will have the choice of marble or tiles (both will be of top quality).

 

 

Chestnut wood from the Black Sea region of Turkey was chosen for all the doors, window frames and also for the staircase.  Double-glazing has been placed in all the windows.

The windowsills and doorsteps are both made of mosaic.

 

 

The garden is divided into two parts, and is completely surrounded by a stone wall which is 1m,20 high and 40 cms wide.  Lamps will be installed at regular intervals around the wall.

The front section of the garden includes a large garden gate (3m50 wide) and a covered storage area of +/-3m³.

The section behind the house comprises the swimming pool (28m²) and the covered terrace which measures approximately 32m².

 

An electric heating system will be installed.  The capacity of the hot water tank is 80 litres.
